Challenge
As well as the usual challenges presented by working within a school environment, the site of this early learning centre was on a sloped, extremely tight piece of land with little access. Through successful negotiations with the owner of a neighbouring property, we were able to create a new access point and storage area away from the school.
Solution
To address the sloping site, we created a level foundation with stumps and timber. The frames and glass for the large, feature circular windows were commissioned and installed. As this was a completely new building, we also oversaw the connection of all services to the building.
