Ryan leads Rytech Electrical’s work today, guiding the team across residential and commercial projects and keeping each job focused on what the customer needs. His role includes staying involved from the first conversation through to completion, helping ensure decisions are clear and the work is planned around the property.
When leading switchboard upgrade work, Ryan helps the team assess the existing setup, discuss the property’s requirements and agree on practical next steps. He keeps communication straightforward, coordinates the work carefully and makes sure customers know what is happening, when to expect completion and if plans need to change.
